Welcome to SU Lax Camps

Gary Gait has been directing camps for 24 years and has developed the ultimate camp experience for girl's lacrosse players that want to take their game to the next level. Campers are taught how to learn the skills rather than just be put through drills. Campers will learn through Gary’s unique progression drills. All of the skills and concepts are taught to allow the players to develop the abilities necessary to play at the elite level.

Cost: $195

Where: Valley Stadium, Syracuse, NY

9AM - 1PM

Directed by Gary Gait & Regy Thorpe

-          The camp is open to all high school age athletes (age 14-18) but is focused on DI, II, and III college commits.

-          Players will have the opportunity to play against and forge new relationships with some of the best competition in the country.

The National All-Star Showcase

When: July 18th

Where: Midlothian, VA – Hensley Park

Who: All athletes from graduating years 2014, 2015, 2016 are welcome (a recommendation process is also available).

Set-up: Tournament Style

Cost: $175

Come and show your talent to top college coaches in the National All-Star Showcase event. With the growing competition of women’s lacrosse, athletes find themselves traveling from tournament to game to tournament. Our one day showcase presents the opportunity to come get the kinks out and play with the best before a weekend filled with lacrosse festivities. Extend your lacrosse network with the chance to play alongside the greatest from competing clubs from around the country, along with players from your own team.

Camp will serve all 2014, 2015, 2016 all-stars in a high-speed, high-level, competitive atmosphere. Players will be broken up in to respective graduation year (subject to change) and compete in 3 scrimmages per team. The showcase will also include a skill clinic featuring Gary Gait and other college level coaches. Playing times will offer both early and afternoon games with a focus on the idea that athletes and parents will not have to spend their entire day at the fields

Please note online payment will incur an additional 5% fee. Also new this year the waiver and health forms can be completed electronically.
